DMLS is an additive manufacturing process that builds a three dimensional (3D) part from powdered metal and is fused by a laser in thin, 20 micron layers. Layers are progressively added and adhered to the previous layer in order to print a 3D part at 99.8% density. Our 3D metal printing service, with multiple painted finishes available, can increase the speed of prototype iterations along with the potential for a functional part.
