SUPPLIER QUALITY REQUIREMENTS

SUPPLIER QUALITY REQUIREMENTS FRM206 8-2-2022

 1.      The Supplier is required to provide processes, products, or services in accordance with requirements identified on the Accudynamics Purchase Order (PO), including any relevant technical data listed or referenced (e.g., specifications, drawings, process requirements, work instructions).  If the Supplier does not have the referenced technical data (and at the appropriate version), the Supplier is required to contact Accudynamics for assistance in obtaining the technical data.

2.      Accudynamics may, at its discretion, employ either a 100% inspection or a sample plan. Lots which fail to pass sampling plans may be subsequently 100% inspected by Accudynamics (with Seller to be charged for all such inspection costs) or, at Accudynamics' option, rejected or returned to Seller for correction, replacement, or credit. the approval of methods, processes, and equipment.

3.      The Supplier shall comply with any requirements listed on the PO, regarding the release of products and services to Accudynamics.

4.      All work performed under Accudynamics POs is required to be performed by personnel who are fully trained and competence. The Supplier shall comply with any requirements listed on the PO, regarding the competence, including any required qualification of persons.

5.      The Supplier shall proactively communicate with Accudynamics using the contact information provided on the PO regarding the Supplier’s ability to meet the requirements of the PO (including technical data requirements, on-time delivery, and changes that affect conformity of the product or service).

6.      Accudynamics controls and monitors performance of its providers, including quality acceptance and on-time delivery. Strong performance ensures continued  opportunities, while poor performance could result in reduced opportunities.

7.      The Supplier shall comply with any requirements listed on the PO, regarding verification or validation activities that Accudynamics, or our customer(s), intends to perform at the Supplier’s premises.

8.      Accudynamics customers retain design and development control.  The Supplier shall communicate in writing to Accudynamics prior to making any design changes that affect conformity to the requirements of the PO or any referenced technical data.

9.      The Supplier shall comply with any requirements listed on the PO, regarding special requirements, critical items, or key characteristics.

10.   The Supplier shall comply with any requirements listed on the PO, regarding testing, inspection, and verification (including production process verification/validation).

11.   Accudynamics expects the Supplier to use of statistical techniques that the Supplier deems necessary for product acceptance.  Additionally, the Supplier shall comply with any requirements listed on the PO, regarding the use of statistical techniques and related instructions for acceptance.

12.   The Supplier shall maintain an effective Quality Management System in accordance with any of the following: AS 9100, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or equivalent that relate to customer product or as approved by Accudynamics.

13.   The Supplier shall comply with any requirements listed on the PO, regarding use external providers -designated or approved by Accudynamics or its customers, including process sources (e.g., special processes).

14.   The Supplier shall provide timely notify Accudynamics of nonconforming processes, products, or services and obtain approval for their disposition.

15.   Supplier represents that it shall not furnish to Accudynamics Goods or separately-identifiable items or components of Goods that (i) are an unauthorized copy or substitute of an original equipment manufacturer or original component manufacturer (collectively, “OEM”) item; (ii) are not traceable to an OEM sufficient to ensure authenticity in OEM design and manufacture; (iii) do not contain proper external or internal materials or components required by the OEM or are not constructed in accordance with OEM design; (iv) have been re-worked, re-marked, re-labeled, repaired, refurbished, or otherwise modified from OEM design but are represented as OEM authentic or as new; (v) have not passed successfully all OEM required testing, verification, screening, and quality control processes; (vi) fail to meet the requirement of an “Approved Part” as defined in FAA Advisory Circular 21-29C and any updated version thereof; or (vii) are otherwise counterfeit or suspected counterfeit. Such counterfeit or suspected counterfeit Goods shall be deemed non-conforming, and Supplier shall disclose the source of the counterfeit or suspect counterfeit Good to Accudynamics and cooperate with Accudynamics with respect to any investigations or remedial actions undertaken by Accudynamics.

16.   Prior to implementation, the Supplier shall notify Accudynamics of changes to processes, products, or services, including changes of their external providers or location of manufacture, and obtain the Accudynamics’ approval.  This applies to changes in the purchased product or service that affect the ability of the purchased product or service to meet specified requirements.

17.   The Supplier shall flow down applicable requirements from Accudynamics PO, including any applicable technical data, Terms and Conditions, and quality requirements to the Supplier’s external provider, where such requirements affect the products or services being supplied or subcontracted.

18.   The Supplier shall comply with any requirements listed on the PO, regarding the provision of test specimens for design approval, inspection/verification, investigation, or auditing.

19.   The Supplier shall maintain Control of Records for a period of 10 years minimum or longer, if required by the Purchase Order. Those records shall be maintained by the Supplier and destroyed after 10 years of PO (purchase order) closure or as required by PO, it is the Supplier responsibility to safely remove and/or destroy the records as applicable. Records shall be available if required. Accudynamics retains the right of access by Accudynamics, our customers, and regulatory authorities to the applicable areas of Supplier facilities and to applicable documented information, as well as right of access to any applicable sub-tier suppliers and subcontractors.

20.   Accudynamics services both the Aerospace/Space/Defense and Medical Device Industries. It is imperative that employees of our suppliers and subcontractors (and their suppliers) are aware that they:

a)      Contribute to conformity of products or services which impact the quality are reliability of products with end use in space, defense, and medical applications. 

b)      The work done affecting products under our POs impacts the safety of end users of space, aviation, defense equipment and medical devices.

c)      Ethical behaviors (honesty, fairness, integrity and understanding) are important to ensure the product and services are made with quality, are reliable and are safe for end users.
